You can make a provisional booking by phone or by visiting Allum Manor to speak with one of our experienced Managers.

Our Managers will help you complete a booking form, which can be emailed or posted to you. Return the completed form with a 25% deposit (bank transfer, cheque, or debit card) to confirm.

Provide at least 48 hours’ notice by email or phone during office hours (9am–5pm).
Allum Manor closes at 11 pm Sunday–Thursday and midnight Friday–Saturday. Additional hours may be available on request.
Tables and chairs will be arranged according to the plan you provide. Set-up time is included in your booking. Extra hours can be purchased if required, and our Centre Managers will assist you.

Usually only one customer uses the Hall at a time. Occasionally multiple bookings occur, but this is always agreed in advance.
We can provide a flip-chart stand, projector screen, and small tables. Bring your own projector, as connections may vary.
You can use the kitchen, mugs, glasses, and plates. An urn can also be provided.
Yes. You may use the kitchen to heat food or make drinks. Bag waste for removal or place in bins provided.
No — you may bring your own. Our Service Providers page lists caterers familiar with Allum Manor. We recommend checking credentials via the Food Standards Agency.
Yes — food can be brought in pre-cooked or cooked on-site. Caterers must clean work surfaces and equipment after use.
Yes — an area behind the Hall is available for outdoor cooking. Barbecues may be set up on the lawn, weather permitting.
Yes — the Hall is a neutral canvas for your chosen theme. White and coloured LED lighting can enhance your décor. Discuss outdoor or Hall decorations with your Manager.
Yes. Equipment can use our sound system, which has a limiter to comply with licensing. The system maintains music at a high level without interruptions.
Over 80 spaces are available for all guests, including marked spaces for disabled users. Please avoid double yellow lines.
Yes — gardens are maintained for all guests. Active sports are not permitted. Check availability with a Manager.
Caretakers are on duty during all events to resolve any issues.
Simply remove your equipment and place waste in bins provided.
Yes — the Caretaking Team will tidy and clean rooms and the Hall after your event.
Yes — a small charge applies for a Manor House changing room. Discuss when booking.
Guests must leave by the end of your booking. Music should stop 30 minutes before the end time.
Yes — extra hours are available if needed.
Deposit and balance payments can be made by bank transfer, cheque, or debit card by phone.
Yes — a few weeks before your event, we will ask for your table and chair layout. The Hall will be ready on arrival for decorators.
No — our Caretaking Team will handle this for both rooms and Hall.
